ChannelMix, a product by Alight Analytics, is a SaaS platform that gives marketers control to aggregate and manipulate their data for reporting.
The Challenge
A shift in thinking.
Traditionally a services based company, Alight Analytics wanted to transition its internal-built marketing data management tool as a consumer-facing product, but it didn’t have an interface for user interaction. An intuitive product was needed to make it a viable solution for users.

An iterative approach to UX.
After continuous research, looking at multiple competing products, interviewing and meeting with existing clients, and studying current trends in Web App UX/UI, I set out designing a platform that was both familiar and wholly unique.
The Outcome
A new company focus.
The product, now known as the ChannelMix Control Center, has been active since 2017, giving marketers a new way to manipulate and organize their marketing data for more complete and holistic reporting through any compatible BI tool.
